Bible Bookmarks

I have the privilege to participate in a Mom's Fellowship Bible Study every Wednesday evening at my church. I love sharing stories, ideas, and God's love to all of my friends that attend. Last week, I made them each a bookmark for their Bible for Mother's Day.

Supplies:
felt
stabilizer (heavy)
colored fabric
ribbon
scissors
sewing machine
iron
 1. Cut 2 pieces of felt.

2. Cut 2 pieces of Stabilizer. It needs to be smaller than the felt fabric.

3. Iron on the Stabilizer to the 2 pieces of felt fabric. (Follow the directions on the package)

 4. Draw a cross, object, initial...any design for your bookmark.

 5. Cut out the design.
6. Cut out the colored fabric to fit in the bookmark.

7. Sew around the bookmark with the ribbon inside the 2 pieces.  I also sewed around the cross.
 8. All finished!
